Your complete satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. Because our products are classified as bedding, we can only accept returns if the product is in its original packaging, un-used and un-washed. If there is a manufacturing defect or it arrives damaged, simply return the product and we will issue a refund or replacement.

• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• We cannot issue refunds or accept returns of products purchased from another retailer.
• Call or email for Return Authorization before returning.
